My name is Kyle Williams. I am a Sheffield based filmmaker and photographer trading as Arlous. This privacy policy applies to arlous.co.uk and kylewilliams.uk.

What data I collect

When you use the contact form on this website I collect the following information:

• Your name and email address
• Any details you provide in your message
• On kylewilliams.uk — your wedding date, venue and package interest where provided

I also use Google Analytics via Google Site Kit which automatically collects data about how visitors use this website including pages visited, time spent on site, device type and approximate location. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Why I collect it

Contact form data is collected solely to respond to your enquiry. I do not use it for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.

Google Analytics data is collected to understand how people use this website so I can improve it.

How long I keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Google Analytics data is retained in line with Google’s standard data retention policies.

Who I share it with

I use Formspree to process contact form submissions. Formspree receives your submission data in order to deliver it to me. You can view Formspree’s privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy

I use Google Analytics to analyse website traffic. Google may process your data in accordance with their privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy

I do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third parties.
